Gerry's Cake est. 2019
When I would be missing my Mom most, I would find myself baking her special crumb cake. The smell, texture and taste conjure up many loving memories. My mom's greatest joy was making people happy through the food she prepared. This cake, Gerry's Cake, is such a big part of the fabric of my life. I bake each cake with the same love and joy my mom did. Gerry's Cake is my tribute to her, she has inspired me to love deeply and spread joy through food.

We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients! We are at the Brookfield Farmers Market every Friday at the Municipal Center and New Milford Farmer's Market every Saturday on the Green, and Newtown Farmers Market on Tuesday at Fairfield Hills during their seasons.
